How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing will take 2-4 days from the time of your order. Shipping times vary depending on the country.

Domestic Orders (USA):  5-12 Business Days

International Shipping:  8-20 Business Days

* Please note that the majority of our products will arrive within a 10 business day time frame after the product has been processed and shipped. Some variability may cause the shipment to take as long as 15-20 business days depending on the location of shipment, security, customs and processing.

 

What is the Jewelry made of?

Zinc Alloy or Sterling Silver.

Most of our products are made from Zinc Alloy, with a few rings sets and anklets now being produced in Sterling Silver. Zinc Alloy is a very common type of material used by many jewelry manufacturers. 


The zinc alloy is water resistant! However, it is possible that the colour will fade over time. We do provide a lifetime warranty on our products as well. Here is an article that provides some details on Zinc alloy

If I ordered multiple products, will they arrive all at once or separate?

We do work with a few different suppliers for the many items we sell. Most often your items will arrive together but there are times when they may arrive separately.

 

What happens if one of my items breaks?

CarteBlanche is always committed to ensuring great customer service and a positive experience. We are more than pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a lifetime guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by CarteBlanche, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event CarteBlanche no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

*Lifetime Warranty does not apply to Footwear or Beach Towels.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact up immediately at support@shop-carteblanche.com. You must notify us within 24 hours of the order. Past 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order.
